E.A.C.H. (Employee Assessment of Company Health)
Designed to assess employee engagement and morale, The E.A.C.H. captures employee perceptions of an organization’s overall wellbeing. With 42 scored questions and 3 open-ended prompts, this tool measures company health in 8 critical areas: relationships, communication, systems, recognition, decision-making, morale, professional growth, and change management.
Team 360 Assessment
The Team 360 Assessment is an anonymous survey that focuses on the 7 attributes of high-performance teams: shared mission, team diversity, collaboration, emotional intelligence, accountability, continuous improvement orientation, and commitment to excellence.
L.E.A.D. (Leadership Evaluation and Development) 360 Assessment
Our feedback survey for experienced or emerging leaders allows them to self-evaluate and see their self-perception compared with other raters (managers, peers, direct reports, etc.). The responses to the 72 scored items and 3 open-ended questions are anonymous, allowing for candor and honesty. A report is provided with graphical representation of the data, identifying specific areas of excellence as well as potential growth.
Peer2Peer Assessment
Our Peer2Peer Assessment is designed to give team members anonymous, candid feedback to increase self-awareness and effectiveness. The Peer2Peer is a customizable 360-degree assessment and is commonly used by companies as part of their formal performance evaluation process.
RightPath® Path4 and Path6 Assessments
RightPath’s Behavioral Assessments were developed with the rigorous external validation of academic research from the University of Georgia. The insight provided by these assessments is utilized for interviewing, leadership development, team building, succession planning and developing emerging leaders.
EQ 360
One of the pillars of emotional intelligence is self-awareness, and one of the main avenues for growing in our ability to accurately see ourselves is feedback. The EQ 360 gives team members an opportunity to receive feedback on their emotional intelligence from those who work most closely with them: supervisors, peers, and direct reports.
